Welcome to Gozaanu! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gozaanu app (“App”) and the related services (“Services”), including but not limited to food, grocery, and pharmacy delivery. By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Gozaanu Delivery Services (“Gozaanu”, “we”, “us”).
For clarity, the following terms are defined for these Terms and Conditions:
App: The Gozaanu mobile application, website, and any associated online or offline interfaces through which users access the Services.
Services: The delivery of food, groceries, pharmaceuticals, or other goods facilitated through the App.
User: Any individual or entity using the App or Services.
Merchant: A registered business partner of Gozaanu that provides products or services via the App.
Order: Any request for products or services placed through the App.
Delivery Partner: Any individual authorized to pick up and deliver the order from the merchant to the user.
By accessing or using the App and Services, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You accept that these Terms constitute a binding legal agreement under Indian law.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing e-commerce, consumer protection, and online transactions in India.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App and Services.
Gozaanu may modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App.
Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the App and Services.
By registering or using the App, users confirm that they meet eligibility requirements.
Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
Any activity under a user account is the responsibility of the account holder.
Users must notify Gozaanu immediately at gozaanudeliveryservices@gmail.com if unauthorized access or suspicious activity occurs.
Users agree to:
Use the App for lawful purposes only.
Not attempt unauthorized access to the App, servers, or systems.
Avoid fraudulent or manipulative activities.
Not post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or misleading.
Respect intellectual property rights of Gozaanu, its partners, and third parties.
Gozaanu connects users with merchants for food, grocery, and pharmacy deliveries.
Gozaanu is a platform facilitator and is not the seller of the products. The merchant is solely responsible for product quality, safety, and legality.
All product images, descriptions, and specifications are for reference only; actual products may vary due to:
Merchant preparation styles
Packaging differences
Availability or regional variations
Orders must be placed through the App, specifying items, quantities, delivery address, and payment method.
Orders are subject to merchant acceptance.
Gozaanu reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Item unavailability
Incorrect pricing or description
Operational issues or merchant closure
Delivery times are estimated and may vary.
Delays can occur due to traffic, weather, strikes, festivals, or factors outside Gozaanu’s control.
Gozaanu does not guarantee exact delivery times.
Delivery fees vary based on location, order size, and type.
Fees are displayed at checkout and must be paid along with the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
Payment details must be accurate and current.
Users are responsible for all charges incurred on their account.
Gozaanu may verify payment information and suspend services if discrepancies are detected.
Charges include item cost, taxes, and delivery fees.
Refunds are subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
Before Merchant Acceptance: Free cancellation allowed.
After Merchant Acceptance: Partial cancellation fees may apply.
Gozaanu may cancel orders due to operational issues, incorrect listings, or unavailability.
Refunds are only valid if the delivered item is returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
Refund requests must be made within 20 minutes of delivery via the App or gozaanudeliveryservices@gmail.com.
Users must provide photo or video proof of the item.
Refunds will not be processed if the order is consumed, opened, or tampered with.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Requests beyond 20 minutes of delivery.
Change of mind, preference, or taste.
Customer-provided incorrect orders.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or uncontrollable factors.
Partially used, opened, or tampered items.
Pharmacy items unless expired, damaged, or incorrect.
Users may escalate disputes to gozaanudeliveryservices@gmail.com with subject “Refund Dispute – [Order ID]”.
Gozaanu will review complaints under Consumer Protection Act 2019 within 7 working days.
Unresolved issues may be reported to National Consumer Helpline (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in).
Users are responsible for content they post.
By submitting content, users grant Gozaanu a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
Prohibited content includes illegal, defamatory, obscene, or misleading material.
App content, logos, designs, and proprietary information are owned by Gozaanu or licensors.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Services are provided “as-is” without warranties.
Gozaanu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Users agree to indemnify Gozaanu, its affiliates, officers, and employees against all claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from misuse of Services or violation of Terms.
Gozaanu may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse without prior notice.
Zero Tolerance: Fraud includes fake orders, stolen or unauthorized payment methods, misuse of promotions, or misrepresentation.
Investigation: Gozaanu may review account activity, payment details, IP addresses, and communications.
Account Suspension: Suspected or confirmed fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.
Recovery of Losses: Users are liable for losses incurred due to fraud; Gozaanu may recover through legal action.
Legal Action: Gozaanu may report fraud to law enforcement, cybercrime units under IT Act 2000, or consumer courts.
Cooperation: Users must cooperate with investigations and provide requested documentation.
Indemnity: Users involved in fraud shall indemnify Gozaanu against all claims, damages, and legal costs.
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
